We endeavour to keep the website up and running without interruption. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the Website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

The contents of the website, text, image and/or services have the intellectual property of the author/creator Irma Gutierrez, the author/creator. May not be used without permission. Unauthorized use of this web site violates copyright and trademark laws, privacy and publicity laws, and communication regulations and statutes.

We assumes no responsibility for websites that use our logo or name in order to threaten, defame, slander or promote illegal acts.

All customer information is treated as private and confidential. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required by law.

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of these prints / artworks, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.

The prices of all artworks does not include shipping services, taxes and / or other fees.

Once we received your information address we will get back to you to proceed with your purchase.

Payments are made directly by third party via PayPal or Wix Payments accepting mayor credit / debit cards.

All orders are shipped, handeling and delivery by third parties via FedEx or another reliable carrier with tracking.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered." If a package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Product Information

All artworks are original and come with a Certificate of Authenticity and care instructions. CV from the artist could be found from website in the section “About”.

All prints are limited edition, hand-signed and hand-numbered by artist.

Colours may vary slightly from screen to print due to different monitor settings.

Every prints its unique with subtle differences in color, tone, and texture due the nature of hand-pulled printmaking process. The "matrix" (plate) is manually inked, wiped, and pressed for each individual impression, creating inking variations.

Ordering & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Costumers can see prices in their currency acceccing currency converting tool available at store page, but can only pay in the main currency at check out.

The customer is responsible and agrees to provide truthful and complete information, a valid, localizable address where the product can be shipped. In case the customer provide a direction that is not located by the shipping company, any other additional cost will be cover by the customer.

Purchase request info

The price does not included Shipping cost or other possibles expenses. Once we received your information address we will get back to you to proceed with your purchase.

Payments are subject to data verification and must be made in full before orders are processed by third party via PayPal and Wix Payment accepting major credit/debit cards.

Once we receive secure deposit (between 5 to 10 bussiness days), we will start processing the order.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days in the working hours (8 - 4 pm, Easter time Toronto)

All artwork are shipped from Ottawa Region, Ontario, Canada

Irmagutierrezart does not ship to P.O. Boxes

All orders (Domestic and International) are shipped, handeling and delivery by third parties via FedEx or another reliable carrier with reliable tracking. All delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Domestic Orders

Delivery time varies but is typically 3-7 business days.

International Orders

To selected countries ship via FedEx International with reliable tracking.

Delivery time varies by country and customs processing but typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on customs and destination.

Shipping fees are charged as a flat rate per country / zones.

Shipping fees and international duties/taxes are non-refundable.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes and fees imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We not collect or cover these fees, these are determined by customer local customs office.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked "delivered", we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of these prints / artworks, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.

If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packgage and artwork, and we will assist you.

If the case that your order arrives several damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery providing clear photos of the damaged print or artwork and packaging. Once we review your request, We will offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement Print (if stock allows)

A new print will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Partial Refund

If a replacement is not available, I may offer a partial refund depending on the extent of the damage.

Full Refund

If the damage is significant and no replacement is available, I will issue a full refund.

We may request that you return the damaged print or artwork before issuing a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered." If a package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

If a refund is granted in exceptional cases, credit card refunds will be issued in USD at the exchange rate effective at the time of refund, and a 5% processing fee will be deducted. The cardholder accepts responsibility for any exchange-rate fluctuations and any additional fees charged by their bank.

Under no circumstance, we won’t pay interest based on returns.

Purchase for Personal use ONLY

Products are sold exclusively for personal use and not for resale. By placing an order, you certify that your purchase is for personal use only.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All artwork, images, and content on this website are copyrighted and may not be copied, reproduced, modification, linking or used is strictly prohibited without prior my written permission.

Purchasing a print or artwork does not grant the right to reproduce, distribute, or modify the artwork.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images—is the property of Irma Gutierrez and is protected by Canada and international copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Customs fees or additional charges.
Technical issues with the website that may affect your shopping experience.
Incorrect deposits to other accounts that have no relation to our website are not the responsibility of us at any time.
We assumes no responsibility for websites that use our logo or name in order to threaten, defame, slander or promote illegal acts.
