No refunds should be made. If the client would like to have a new session, a new booking and complete payment must be done by PalPal.

Terms and Conditions

Payments

We use third-party services for payment processing. Payments are made directly by PayPal only. Registration form must be completed before the sessions.

Booking/Registration

ONLINE 1:1 ARTIST COACHING Completed filled form, Artwork images and Payment should be completed before the session or maximum four (5) bussiness days before the session. Do not send complete information within those days, may affect the quality of the session.

Refunds, Reschedule and Cancelation

If the Appointment is cancelled 24 hrs or Half and Hour before the session, you can choose another time at no charge. If you haven’t send the complete information required for the session.

If the Appointment is cancelled at the time of session and after, you will be charged 50% of the fee and you need to rearrange a reappointment and pay 50% of the purchase of the fee and paypal commision.

Refunds. Apply only for cancellations 24 hrs before session. Paypal commissions are not included in any refund. The refund will be based in the full purchase.
